1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:
a. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
b. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
a. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
b. Items without original tags or labels.
c. Sale or clearance items.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Sometimes you receive a damaged product, or size is wrong for you. No worries, you have 30 days time to return your product.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at store@laurimoivio.fi (in english or in finnish). Describe your situation with your product. If it is a damaged product, take a photo of damaged product so we can see how badly it has been damaged. We will be happy to send you new product without any extra costs.
b. If you by accident ordered wrong size, no worries, we have a solution for that too. Contact us at store@laurimoivio.fi (in english or in finnish) . Tell us what product and size you want order, and we will be more than happy to send you a new product. You can also keep the old product. Some cases we will ask you to return the old product, for example if there is clear indication of misuse of this good will we are offering. When asking to return old product, costs of sending will be on senders behalf if something else hasn't been approved written way with both parties.
4. Refunds:
Some rare cases you might want to get refund of your product. On those cases follow next steps.
a. If you want to get refund, contact our customer service team at store@laurimoivio.fi (in english or in finnish). We will ask you to return your product to our return address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
b. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
c. Costs of sending will be on senders behalf. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges:
a. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above.
6. Shipping Costs:
